History of Boxing

Boxing didn't exist until 4000 B.C. It didn't get popular until 686 B.C. In 688 B.C. it got into the Olympic games. In the Roman Empire times boxing was entertainment the fighters were called Gladiators. The fighters didn't use gloves and didn't follow common rules. All the weights had to fight together. They didn't have different weight groups like today. In boxing they have to move a lot they can't just stand around or they will get the stuffing beat out of them. First fistfight was a sport about 6,000 years ago.
