Dr.Seuss was a book writer. Not only was he that but he was a very good person in general. One of his better works was a book called How the Grinch stole Christmas. After that later came the movie. Dr.Suess. In 1904, Dr. Seuss was born Theodor Seuss Geisel and grew up in Springfield, Massachusetts. Geisel began his career drawing political and humor cartoons. Geisel came up with his pen name, Dr. Seuss, while writing two-line gags for humor magazines. It was while writing a humor piece on scientific developments that he added "Dr." to his middle name to sound more scientific.
There was also memories about him. It was unreal all the people that would read his books to there kids,but not only that there was alot of kids that learned to read with them in school.
