1.)If you are starting to lose your balance crouch down so that your closer to the ground.
2.)The idea is to land on some fleshly part of the body.
3.)If you fall don't land on your arms you want to roll out of it so that you don't break or fracture your bones.
4.)If your do roll into it be relaxed not stiff cuz that might hurt even more.
