
In 1908 the corperation of GM was one car company. Then more car companies started
to join the corperation. These car companies that were a part of GM were Cadilac, Chevrolet, Pontiac, GMC, Buick.
Now skipping ahead 60 years to the muscle car era or 1960's & 1970's. In 1967 Chevrolet produced the first
F-Body Camaro model.The following year Pontiac came out with the Firebird. This spurred on more cars by GM
like the Chevelle, Trans Am, 442, Caprie, Malibu, GTO, Cutlass, Skylark etc... All these cars came from a divison of
GM.
Most of these cars were fitted with big block engines or a powerful small blocks. Here are some of the
engine made by GM, 383, 350, 454, 391, 400 etc... all these engine that GM made, gave the by a choice depending
on what car they were buying.
